Eligibility for Returns
Since our books are personalized and signed by the author, we only accept returns for damaged items. If your book arrives with any defects or damage, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in its original condition. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt) as part of the return process.

Refunds
Unfortunately, since our books are personalized and signed by the author, we do not offer refunds for our books that are not damaged or defective. Refunds are only granted when the item meets our return policy criteria.

If your book is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item.
